Page 6: Earsplitting Love
Wednesday, February 28th, 2007Poor Guy! (For those who didn’t know, the guy’s name is Guy.)
Random things I like about this page: Seeing the drummer over Stasia’s shoulder in Panel 3, the purple fireworks over the moon, Stasia’s forced smile, Parker in general, Guy covering his ears. All look exactly as I pictured them while writing the script. Eisu’s great.

I’m really liking this comic so far (especially with Eisu’s wonderful illustrations). I really can’t wait till we get more involved with the plot. It sounds like it’s going to be really good.
:]

Hahahaha, Parker is amazing. xD

Poor Guy indeed… we have two women in our RPG party (actually three) who are sitting left and right next to me, and they only need to talk a but louder than usual to simultaneously make my ears ring with their voices. I can fully relate to him…
And I agree, the page is awesome! I also started reading No Pink Ponies only because it’s by Eisu as well. Didn’t regret it by the way
Hm, what else for speculations… Parker wrote “marry me” on the backside of her sign by herself and Guy only holds it, not knowing what’s written on the other side… and Stasia says “Yes”
Well, that’s really far-fetched, but perhaps…

Not quite, but it is a very far-fetched story!

Ok, it’s time for the CUPS of the day. (That’s Completely Unfounded Plot Speculation)
Parker and Guy get into another argument over Stasia’s worth, and Guy decides to mess with the pop star a little bit by holding up the “Marry Me” sign.
However, having just spoken to Janny minutes ago about how she just wanted to get married and get it over with, Stasia is forced with the dilemma of either eating her words or agreeing to the proposal in the most abrupt and public way possible. My money is that she goes with option b, and then maybe hilarity ensues?

Think you should have given Guy a better name. Just seems weird calling him Guy all the time.
Good story so far nevertheless

I will never grow tired of Eisu’s artwork. I’m really anticipating what happens because of the cover with Guy holding that sign. I guess when you know something is going to happen, you look for to it even more.

Err, this is a NOVEL. It is gonna take longer than 20 more comics.
My plot speculation? It’s onna be a long time before that sign comes into play.

Orange Lettuce is incorrect. The sign comes into play (very much so) next week. Also, the entire story will be told in about 80 pages.

I do want to say, I hope that Stasia and Parker hook up and hawt NR-17 comics ensue…
And then April and Val from Last Blood somehow join in…

I’m really starting to like Guy. Mainly because he reminds me of well… me. The name and appearance a bit… but also the general cynical-ness.
God, this is the comic I look forward to the most these days. I mean, it’s like a match made in heaven; I love No Pink Ponies, and Last Blood’s awesome.
HOW CAN IT GET ANY BETTER?
Oh, wait. It can’t. ^___^

this comic is not boring its just not a far fetch place full of action and adventure like most comics, its way more realistic than “Last Blood” (i do like that one too by the way)
there is nothing wrong with a comic based on reality
by the way i can’t believe she is able to pull of the pants *jealous*

That smile on her face makes her look completely evil! All we need now is some fangs…
