First Post! I can’t wait for next update! Oh yeah, good job on increasing the update rate and when will the next comic book be?
December 24th, 2007 at 11:56 pm
second!!
been reading for ages… such a good story!
but… what a jerk!
December 24th, 2007 at 11:59 pm
okay, NOW I want to smack him.
And strangle daddy.
WHATAJERK!
December 25th, 2007 at 12:00 am
I love you!
I just got back from midnight mass, and this is an excellent christmas present.
Merry Christmas, Bobby and Eisu!
December 25th, 2007 at 12:13 am
Merry Christmas and thanks for the update (awesome, as always)
December 25th, 2007 at 12:20 am
love it.
but have to say, he is a bastard
December 25th, 2007 at 12:26 am
Look at Stasia’s face at the last panel she’s all like.. What the hell is wrong with you!!
December 25th, 2007 at 12:27 am
Ok, this STINKS.
…for Christian.
Melly Clissmas!
December 25th, 2007 at 1:01 am
Wow. Thought so.
Those poor workmen!
Merry Christmas, all.
December 25th, 2007 at 2:07 am
Jeez… This is just an idiot… However… Merry X-mass everyone
December 25th, 2007 at 2:13 am
Haha… Very nice, Bobby, very nice. Love the writing…
December 25th, 2007 at 2:21 am
He makes me want to cause him bodily harm.
December 25th, 2007 at 3:16 am
We all smelled “douche” all over him from the start. But I gotta say Stacia’s dad is even worse as he is the puppet master. I can’t believe both of them thought it would work. “Let’s manipulate Ana by toying with her heart strings! Those are a weakness anyway! A money-losing weakness! Humbug!”
December 25th, 2007 at 3:25 am
woooooow. Totally left field, but i don’t think anyone’s suprised, we were expecting as much.
Thanks for the update and Meri Kuritsumasu!!!
December 25th, 2007 at 4:26 am
Okay, can Parker kill him now?
December 25th, 2007 at 5:07 am
This just keeps getting better, but worse for Christian (and Mr. Tyler)!
fantastic Christmas present, thanks Bobby and Eisu!
December 25th, 2007 at 6:15 am
Looks like Stasia dodged a bullet there… nice characterization.
December 25th, 2007 at 6:40 am
ok…parker needs to kill him and her father…NOW
December 25th, 2007 at 6:43 am
Ha, I knew it - some people never change, and Christian is obviously one of them. What a jerk…
And having in mind what he said, Stasia should be careful - Daddy could already know she is in Africa…
December 25th, 2007 at 7:00 am
wow. I never expected him to be THAT obvious… “ok she is married, everyone is fired and the shelter is closed”… seriously, WTF. Not an ounce of shame.
December 25th, 2007 at 7:44 am
Wow… I thought Christian was cute, but kind of dumb. Until I read today’s strip. Now I realize he’s just dumb. If he thinks this is the kind of stunt that will win Stasia back, he doesn’t deserve her.
December 25th, 2007 at 8:16 am
Wow. Those poor, poor orphans…
Good lord that guy is a jerk. Stasia’s dad doubly so.
December 25th, 2007 at 8:41 am
Sheeze. I don’t understand why people think he needs to be killed. Yes, dumb and dumber, but I find him to be a bit of comic relief. I just don’t understand why her Dad would want her to date someone so stupid.
Anyhow, hopefully we can get on to the courtship now? (=
December 25th, 2007 at 8:58 am
wow!!! i didnt expect this at all xD you guys are some nice storytwisters!! (you could revolutionate tvtropes.net xD)
December 25th, 2007 at 9:35 am
“when will the next comic book be?”
Not until the finished graphic novel, which will come out in May (the whole story, around 85 pages).
December 25th, 2007 at 9:44 am
I know >..
December 25th, 2007 at 9:55 am
What happen with my massege o.O. -.- Well Christian is a Liar
December 25th, 2007 at 10:01 am
The WordPress system often automoatically deletes everything in a message after that heart symbol.
December 25th, 2007 at 10:03 am
god. seriously he sux.
he obviously cared a whole lot about getting stasia back. hes not even gonna try to figure out the rest of the story! Was he just doing it for her dad?
and in response to “I just don’t understand why her Dad would want her to date someone so stupid”, he probably just thought the famous couple was good for business. he seems that type.
December 25th, 2007 at 10:47 am
Heehee, “The little one or the big one?”
December 25th, 2007 at 11:00 am
I hope someone (Parker) hurts Christian. Now. A lot.
December 25th, 2007 at 11:56 am
Er… now, I know every writer is sensitive about their writing, but that plot twist seems a little bit… well, almost silly. I don’t feel able to suspend my belief enough for that one. Possibly I will have to wait for the next update, but a mild suggestion is to keep things slightly more subtle. Other than that, I have enjoyed the writing, the artwork, and the story.
Good job, guys, Happy Holidays.
December 25th, 2007 at 12:16 pm
This is a great Christmas present!
God, what a jerk! I’m so glad she dropped him, geeze!
Merry Christmas Bobby and Eisu and Happy New Year!
December 25th, 2007 at 12:23 pm
“but that plot twist seems a little bit… well, almost silly.”
Which plot twist? Don’t know what you’re talking about.
December 25th, 2007 at 2:57 pm
Ok grrr to Stasia’s Dad for in a sense forcing her to date someone who isn’t even into the things she is. You think as a father he would know his own daughter better. But maybe it was becuase they are both famous and the publicity would love it as someone has mentioned. Though it seems that her dad is kind of controling over her from what she had said before.
And well…its good the cat is out of the bag about Christian. If Stasia wasn’t married and would have dated him again just becuase he supposidly turned a new leaf. She would have found out sooner or later that he was faking it. But jeez he does act like a jerk…I would have the strong desire to slap him if I was Stasia. And to chew out her father.
The first panel made me laugh. And the second was like haha you were good enough for her but Guy a random sign holder fan in the crowd is.
December 25th, 2007 at 5:01 pm
Oh dang, that was great. So now we’ve learned things
1. No Christian wasn’t faking about not having heard, he really didn’t know until then.
2. Yes Christian really is a freaking idiot.
could sort of see why Daddy’s been calling around, and even setting them up before. Wouldn’t have guessed it was Daddy dearest’s idea to have him make the charity place though. Certainly interesting.
“Hey, you’re all fired! Job’s over now!”
Freaking hilarious.
December 25th, 2007 at 5:14 pm
Merry Christmas from the UK. Keep up the good work.
December 25th, 2007 at 5:15 pm
The fiery and dark wrath of Parker looms on the horizon.
December 25th, 2007 at 5:16 pm
Definitely explains why Ana’s dad is so pissed. I mean, her getting married spoils his plans of marrying her off to some rich jerk!
December 25th, 2007 at 5:35 pm
….
hahahahaha
XD
I thought Christian was just acting like an idiot.
I guess not XD
December 25th, 2007 at 8:28 pm
Ok. Now all I need is the Last Blood update and my day will be complete!!
*Laughs hysterically*
December 25th, 2007 at 8:45 pm
what happened to the shadows? they all dissaperated..
December 25th, 2007 at 9:43 pm
New comic… Sweet!
I hope Parker kicks him (Christian) in the junk.
Merry Christmas!
December 25th, 2007 at 10:04 pm
agreed, but 5 says she just tackles him. great comic btw. found it yesterday, want more!
December 26th, 2007 at 12:17 am
This is officially my fav. comic. Gimme movie. Or an update in the next ten seconds. That would be awesome. Now, to kill Christian…
December 26th, 2007 at 1:12 am
You know, up to now Christian could easily have just been the lovable-but-not-too-bright type ex, who had really had a change of heart or at least was willing to put in some effort to be more charitable.
Now? Now he’s just a jerk. Still of the not-too-bright variety, but no lovableness left. I’m gonna align myself with the “shoot him out of a cannon now” crowd. =)
Also: Testing to see if I can use a less-than-symbol without losing my post.
Segment of message
<3 or 3
December 26th, 2007 at 1:17 am
Result: I’m still not sure how to make it actually display a less-than-symbol, but I know how they work. Everything between a less-than and the next greater-than symbol is interpreted as a formatting instruction and not displayed, which is how you get stuff like this, this, and this. I think thats HTML type formatting, although I’m not real familiar with HTML coding myself. Anyway, as long as you have a greater-than-symbol somewhere later in the post, everything after that will show up again.
December 26th, 2007 at 5:28 am
… Wow. Just. Wow.
December 26th, 2007 at 6:03 am
Great page!! Kind of what I was expecting! I really wanna smack him hard….and her father….geeez.
As far as HTML, the reason why the lesser than sign is interpreted that way is because the lesser then sign is interpreted as the opening of the tag. If you put single quotes around the lesser than sign, it should work fine.
You can also use the & and numbers/letters to do special characters such as: ♣ (should be a clubs sign, requires a browser that supports HTML 4.0 though…) and it is done by typing & clubs ; (nospaces).
Of course you could just start your post off with a ” tag and and it with a ” tag. This would exclude any HTML coding you might add (pre = predefined text). Hope that helps.
December 26th, 2007 at 6:05 am
Just so it is clear, apparently the single quotes don’t work in word press to allow you to display a tag
But maybe double quotes do, if you see a with pre inside, you know it worked.
“”
December 26th, 2007 at 8:00 am
omg… i would have gotten Denny to SO kick Christian’s butt….
December 26th, 2007 at 8:03 am
Wow. And for a second, I thought he’d be competition.
December 26th, 2007 at 8:07 am
Wow, Christian is an even bigger ass than I first thought!
December 26th, 2007 at 8:41 am
…Yeah. Someone needs to kill that man.
Let’s hope it’s either Denny or Parker. I want Parker.
December 26th, 2007 at 10:10 am
Thoughts: Ana said somethingwith regards to a “test” that she was going to try to put guy through at the beginning of this ” arc” as it were. Is it possible that this actually is PART of the test, and that Ana set it up ahead of time?
“Hey, christian: remember that test i put you through? well, this new guy [ that one i married from my concert] is coming down to africa with me - want to set up the test for me?
the test could be as simple as
how he handles previous ex BF’s
how he handles seeing other celebrities
What he might do/suggest with the “closed” Charity Center
if the last is tru, Ana could actually be waiting for guy with some sort of “hey, um, if it’s sitting next to you and half started - why don’t we finish it, so that you have more room, can hire more people, and thus do even more good in this country?”
December 26th, 2007 at 11:46 am
Hmmmm.
Don’t get me wrong — I think he’s a jerk, too — but I hope this isn’t the last we see of Christian. It seems too easy for him to just be gone like that and let the girl get away so easily (where’s the fun in that?), and I don’t think someone that prominent from Stasia’s past is going to appear as a throw-away character.
It will be interesting to see how goes the rest of their time in Africa!
December 26th, 2007 at 12:29 pm
SO not a fan of the father anymore…
December 26th, 2007 at 12:31 pm
Well… At least he seems to respect her marriage and isn’t going to try to win her over even while she’s got a husband, for now!!! Lol
haha I like him, he is funny.
love the comic!
December 26th, 2007 at 1:54 pm
I hope the jerkwad stays around too. I imagine it’d be kinda interesting to see him scheming with the father in order to keep Ana and Guy apart. He could have a real chance to shine as the slightly clever antagonist, although I might be overshooting in hoping for slightly clever.
December 26th, 2007 at 2:06 pm
is it can be murdering time naow please?
I don’t like Christian, but he is an interesting character. I’m half hoping to see more of him.
December 26th, 2007 at 6:39 pm
Found this comic this morning and it really brightened my Boxing Day.
Then it cost me an hour and a half’s sleep before I realised I was going to have to read it again before I could sleep… great work!
December 26th, 2007 at 6:41 pm
I love Ana’s expression in that last frame
December 26th, 2007 at 9:58 pm
/foamatthemouth
what an irredeemable ARSE!
December 26th, 2007 at 10:03 pm
Agree with majority –Christen is jerk, Dad is BIGGER jerk.
December 26th, 2007 at 11:07 pm
First off I will say that this is not my normal type of comic. I clicked on the link by accident and decided to read a bit of it because I did not have anything else to do at the moment and figured that worse case scenario I would just close the window and forget I ever clicked it.
Now to the point. This is an amazing roller coaster of a read. I love it. The characters are all well rounded (minus the minor characters, but even they are semi-rounded).
So thank you for the amazing read.
December 26th, 2007 at 11:15 pm
I love the facial expressions in this page.
December 27th, 2007 at 12:23 am
YARGH! NO! NEED MORE COMIC!!! I just started reading this and I thought it was all finished and everything and now I have to WAIT to find out what happens next!!! *bawls*
December 27th, 2007 at 1:31 am
If Stacia’s Dad had an Xmas list, it would be:
1. For my daughter to rake in more money.
2. Marry someone with lots of money.
3. Stop wasting money on things like establishing charity foundations.
4. Money money money!
He even hates the charity named after his late wife and working to cure what killed her. For shame.
December 27th, 2007 at 3:27 am
Why am i not surprised?
I just wonder… will the dickhead want the kids to give back the t-shirts?
And the “test idea” - i really doubt this. I mean, Stasia is not the kind of person who would build a half of the second charity centre and keep it unfinished just to check her new boyfriends. She’d rather finish it to bring more good to the people. And one more thing - this would not be a really hard test to pass, would it?
Oh, and one more thing - Christian Fucking Jerk’s (CFJ) question: “the little one or the big one?” - does that mean that Stasia was able to marry either of them, no matter the sex? So, maybe Parker actually HAD a chance?
December 27th, 2007 at 5:30 am
“He even hates the charity named after his late wife and working to cure what killed her. For shame.”
To be fair, Joey said he hates charity, not that charity in Africa… remember that the bus driver tricked him by saying Alaska…
December 27th, 2007 at 4:04 pm
What would be impressive is diffusing the situation and convincing Christian to actually complete the charity center. Without having Parker beat him up, if possible…
December 27th, 2007 at 7:04 pm
Christian is total and complete ass.
However, he might not be as stupid as some of you think. I think he was mad at Stacia and wanted to hurt her. Hitting her wouldn’t be his style, so he does the next best thing: Fire some poor Africans in a way that makes her feel it is her fault.
Also, I think Christian will be headed home next, and when he reaches a phone he will call Mr.Dad, and then he will know where she is.
December 27th, 2007 at 7:54 pm
wow…. okay, that just isn’t right dude…. I officially do not like Christian… like at all… omg…. I still love Guy though!
December 27th, 2007 at 10:00 pm
HAHAHAHAHAH!!! AWESOME!!!
Christian just went from an OK character to an AWESOME character.
December 27th, 2007 at 10:44 pm
And I thought Christian was just acting like an idiot.
I wonder how Stasia’s dad let her date Christian…
December 27th, 2007 at 11:18 pm
Wow. I knew he was no good…
December 28th, 2007 at 5:43 am
“I wonder how Stasia’s dad let her date Christian…”
Well…he is the one that tried to set them back together, I don’t think Christian being an idiot comes into the equation.
December 28th, 2007 at 7:36 am
Actually, I think Christian being an idiot is paramount to the equation. Stupid people are incredibly easy to manipulate, and I think it’s pretty safe to say that Ana’s father is definitely a manipulator. In that sense, Christian is the PERFECT boyfriend for his daughter.
Loving the comic!
December 28th, 2007 at 2:12 pm
Sometimes when checking out new webcomics you’ll suddenly find one that surprices you in how good it is.
I found “Marry Me” yesterday and I like it a lot. It will be very interesting seeing what happens.
December 28th, 2007 at 4:51 pm
Eeek. And other sounds of vocalized distress and strnagled fury. Someone needs to drop kick Christian into a puddle of human decency so I won’t feel so inclined to snarl and bite.
December 28th, 2007 at 8:54 pm
Geanpool cleanup needed…
I’d give the job to Parker but I think those poor workers deserve first crack at it. After all they do seem to be out of work at the moment.
December 29th, 2007 at 3:25 am
Eisu Says:
December 27th, 2007 at 5:30 am
“He even hates the charity named after his late wife and working to cure what killed her. For shame.”
To be fair, Joey said he hates charity, not that charity in Africa… remember that the bus driver tricked him by saying Alaska…
—————————–
Stacia’s dad is a miser. As such, he hates wasting good money on something like charity. Does he make an exception for the African cancer foundatin then?
December 29th, 2007 at 7:20 am
Is there any way for Europeans to get the pdfs from WOWIO? Will any kind soul give me a positive answer? Please?
December 29th, 2007 at 9:40 am
From my original blog post: “WOWIO is currently only available to United States residents.” Nothing has changed.
December 29th, 2007 at 8:43 pm
lol i love it… “Your all fired”
December 29th, 2007 at 10:02 pm

December 30th, 2007 at 6:25 am
AAAAAaaaaaand, … he’s back to being an ashole
December 30th, 2007 at 6:32 am
Hey Bobby, I ran into Last Blood a while back and finally decided to give Marry Me a read. I was kind of skeptical, but I really enjoyed it. Read most of it (and the comments) in one sitting. I’ll be happily checking every weekend for MM as well as LB updates now. Oh, and I love Denny by the way, especially on page 30 and 34. Thanks as always for the entertainment. Oh, and I should be able to get a WOWIO early in January. I’ll be downloading everything you’ve worked on. Good luck with all your movie efforts. (And if you do end up filming Last Blood yourself, my offer to quit my job to be a zombie still stands)
Eisu: Love the art. I really appreciated the “Disney’s Gargoyles” reference with the lawyer design.
To everyone who has complained about the update schedule and supposed “plot holes” like the passport thing… You are all asshats. If you’re too stupid to figure out what that means, it means that your head is so far up your ass all you can see is your own fucking colon. That and I just like saying asshat better, great mental image.
Bobby, some of my favorite quotes of yours from the discussion board so far…
“’Well, telling someone to kill themself isn’t a very common thing’
‘It’s common for me. Humans are horrible and I hate most of them.’”
“I’m pretty sure you have some serious emotional problems.”
“I think I might just change the sign to NOW DAILY for fun.”
“Correct, those were from the smart people.”
“You suck at google.” (okay, that one was from LB)
*Goes and sit’s on metaphorical bench with a six pack and looks to see if anyone is still around.
Ohh, almost forgot. Anko, good to see a familiar face. I know you’re one of the only people more excited than me for the next LB GN.
December 30th, 2007 at 10:54 am
I knew he was evil
December 30th, 2007 at 12:42 pm
Christian is about to be owned
December 30th, 2007 at 4:05 pm
Just trying to help with the less than sign < should work. The text I typed was < including the semicolon.
Does this mean javascript works? Might want to disable that to avoid web-crawlers exploiting it by putting viruses in there (a few browser vulnerabilities still work)
December 30th, 2007 at 5:59 pm
Is stasia gonna take over construction to give those workers their jobs back? I hope so.
by the way, new reader. Love it. Can see the passion in every panel.
December 30th, 2007 at 7:11 pm
>.> For some reason looking at Christian makes me want to die my hair black. -.- Great job on making him such an ass. I hope he gets skewered with a pipe.
December 31st, 2007 at 3:36 pm
Hey. Just found in the past week, and I’m really enjoying it. I have to wonder, though, if this is the same Christian Atasia and Janny were talking about at the begining of the series. Probably. I wonder if Ana’s father also set that up the movie role for him.
January 1st, 2008 at 3:55 am
Just discovered this comic … really great, love it. (Followed a link from shortpacked)
January 2nd, 2008 at 11:33 am
Just found this comic and I love it soooooo much!!!!!! I’m so glad that Christian is out of the picture because he is such an idiot!!!
Go team Parker!
January 2nd, 2008 at 11:34 am
I really like this comic. Please update more. Your character personalities are very consistent and distinct
Tough to do without falling into the cliche types (i.e. distinct villain, damsel in distress, dashing hero etc). Usually authors write a couple sides of their own personality into their characters - tends to only work for pure comedy (i.e. Different heads to regurgitate comedian’s jokes).
Next question remains: Just how manipulative is Daddy? Did he orchestrate the death of her mother? How about the other boyfriends? Is Stasia the sort of person who would sue her own Dad? This could be fun…
January 2nd, 2008 at 8:47 pm
@Lisa: I’m guessing he’s been behind most if not all of her previous boyfriends. (As the first comic said, her last three BF’s were the Lead in the #1 band, the #1 basketball player, and the star in the #1 movie.) As for behind her mother’s death? I doubt even the most cold-hearted manipulative bastard could or would give his wife (or even ex-wife) cancer with their child at a young age.
January 2nd, 2008 at 9:50 pm
Hayden Christiansan for the part of Christian!
January 2nd, 2008 at 10:19 pm
Love the comic. Too bad Wowio doesn’t allow anyone outside the USA to purchase your books though. They claim it’s a copyright thing, but I would have thought that as the owner of the copyright, you get to decide where it’s sold. Did you say “no sales outside of the USA”? Or is Wowio lying (as so many companies do) and the real reason is that either their technology or business processes aren’t up to the task?
January 3rd, 2008 at 4:54 am
if this forum works with html, then you can type “<” as “<” and “&” as “&”, etc… google “html entities”.
if it doesn’t, then i just made a nonsense post :p
anyway this info wont be much use here, noone will see it and you’ll have people messing up their posts again on the next story page.
its not too hard to code this so it “escapes” less-than signs and other special stuff, while still allowing for <b>, etc… do you perhaps need a coder? :p
January 3rd, 2008 at 9:43 am
Just found this comic today and i must say….I LOVE IT. Too bad i can’t download them from WOWIO :S i’m not from USA :/.
Hope you get to make it in a movie. Wish you all the luck, keep it up. =]
January 3rd, 2008 at 10:31 am
“Actually, I think Christian being an idiot is paramount to the equation. Stupid people are incredibly easy to manipulate, and I think it’s pretty safe to say that Ana’s father is definitely a manipulator. In that sense, Christian is the PERFECT boyfriend for his daughter.”
And that has absolutely no connection with what the person was implying (that Christian is really dumb and because of that her father would never let her date him in the first place). In which case, no his stupidity doesn’t even come into it as far as disallowing her to date him.
January 3rd, 2008 at 3:38 pm
Been a reader for awhile! Just a silent one - I got hubbed over from the Dreamland Chronicles.
Do we know when the next update will be? I’m on pins and needles!
January 3rd, 2008 at 5:02 pm
Don’t know about you guys - but from the comments I don’t hate Christian. I think he’s one of those guys that are … lost? He’s beneath contempt. Not worth the effort to cause bodily harm.
It was however a bit odd how Stasia said ‘married one of them’. That sounded awfully impersonal. And also made it sound like parker was - sort of - an option.
January 3rd, 2008 at 8:26 pm
Now a lot of people have been saying that Christian’s an idot. Now while that might be true — as we haven’t seen too much of him whatwith just these last pages — it doesn’t seem like he’s so much an idiot as he is callous.
Saying that parker was an option, in his mind he was probrbly thinking that she broke up with him because Ana’s interested in only female. After all, couldn’t be that she thinks of hims as sleaze! No, no, no!
January 3rd, 2008 at 11:45 pm
I don’t think that Stasia’s father hooked up Christian with the movie deal.
Think of it this way - we all hear about celebrity marriages all the time - it’s the norm. Stasia’s father wanted his daughter to marry, both to protect her from fans who might be a bit more… forceful about their affections than Parker would be, and to cement her image as a famous celebrity.
I don’t like her father much, but because it feels more like he’s more interested in her celebrity status and image than about her feelings. He wants absolutely nothing to stain her image, no matter how small - that’s why he made the changes to the book, why he hooked her up with someone who was already famous (Several someones, judging by the first couple strips), and why he was so concerned with the print deadlines when the whole thing went off.
January 5th, 2008 at 7:14 pm
Just out of spite, she shoulda said ‘The Little One’ XD

I’m looking at this setup on her dad’s part, and thinking back to one of her earlier conversations with her sister, about how she wanted an arranged marriage. Kind of amused, thinking, “Who exactly did she think would be doing the arranging? Well, yeah, her mom’s out of the picture, so it’d be her dad. Wow, her dad even set up this guy for her…” and yet, she doesn’t like him. How fickle are we as females.

Just visit the site once a year and you’ll have lots of new pages to read.

I compulsively check it 3 times a day >.> sick really, but I’d rather do that then wait and miss something xD

“Just visit the site once a year and you’ll have lots of new pages to read.”
Hm.. That sounds vaguely familiar. But I like Laura’s plan better, I do the same thing, and occasionally just reread the whole things so far.

Oh. and no one said anything about it. But Micah’s comment rocked my world. Just sayin’.

I normally just wait for the RSS feed to update. If there hasn’t been anything for a couple weeks, I check the comments, see if there’s any news about the next update. The longest wait ’til now was just over two weeks - with the holidays, this update may take a little longer than before, but feeds make life simpler.

So this has probably been answered before, but what happened to Rumble Fall? I followed that comic for a long time, and then only a few days ago discovered this comic. The style of Marry Me is similar enough to that of Rumble Fall that I assume Eisu is the same person in both places. I guess I am asking: is Rumble Fall permanently over?

Okay, maybe it’s just the nerd in me, but I think Guy should speak up and comment about how Christian should change his name, since Christian’s not acting like a Christian. Just like when Alexander the Great told one guard who fell asleep on duty that also shared the Alexander name and was told, “Change your conduct, or change your name.” A guy who states that he cuts himself off from the world for charity work and then fires everyone on the spot wouldn’t be sincere. I’d laugh if Stasia calls up the press to alert them that Christian is stopping his charity work in Africa because he didn’t get her, and then she runs to the Alaska charity, arriving just after her father realizes he was mislead, and heads to Africa after hearing about Stasia’s leak to the press.

Confused. The last two comments are asking for when there will be an update and both of them were posted after the next page went up on January 10.

It’s probably because updates after this one aren’t showing in the archive drop-down box. I didn’t realize there were new updates, either, until seeing your comment. I always check the comic by going to the first page and checking the archive, rather then hitting the “current page” button, because I check all my comics once a week, and I don’t want to be spoiled if there’s been more than one update in between. Looks like maybe I’m not the only one who does that?
